Hi guys! We just want to share one of the most ambitious productions we have done so far. This time, it’s not a wedding but we were tasked to do a teaser video and a documentary of what was, what is, and what Xavier University will be since they are celebrating their 75th year anniversary this year.

Unlike weddings where we are the ones usually catching up to capture your moments during the special day, this time it was all directed and planned and what a challenge it was but it was also a breather since we seldom do this except during prenups :D

To the people of Cagayan de Oro especially the XU peeps, we thank you so much for the very warm accommodation you gave us during our first stay in Mindanao. Hoping to see you guys again! ^_^

Coordinator: Amanda Tirol

Photographer: Mimi and Karl

We just can’t get over our Boracay experience..so here’s a treat for you guyz! Another SDE fresh from Bora, to heat things up. Wesley and Auriely, what can we say about this couple? Both lovely individuals with bubbly personalities and nice enough to treat us, their videographers like as if we were guests during their wedding. And even though they met and their love blossomed in the States, they still chose to tie the knot in Auriely’s homeland, Philippines. And where else would be a better place but the very enchanting beach of Boracay! From the ‘Stolen’ moments incorporated in their vid til the time the SDE was shown during the reception, just one word…Flawless! (thanks to Amanda for that). It was like “photo finish”! Enjoy the heart warming onsite vid we did just for them! Cheers!

White sand, blue sea, sexy girls, cool hunks… And the list goes on. We are living our Bora dream… 1st stop, Mich and Pao SDE vid.. A little trivia, Mich (one of the most beautiful brides we ever had) is one of the best make-up artist in our wedding industry and she does commercial shoots too! (click here to see for yourselves) And now she’s married to the very dashing groom, Pao. So is this how love’s supposed to feel? Watch the vid and feel the love we’re talking about. Thanks to Ryan of MangoRed for the popsicle he gave us that we’re supposed to eat, but instead used it as our props.

Another SDE back to our homeland Iloilo. Tin who is apparently the sister of Tope - Imee&Tope, told us to surprise her with what song to use for their onsite. So after several hours and even days of brainstorming (during slack off time from editing) on what upbeat song to incorporate, we finally decided an unfamiliar song yet we know the couple would love. Raffy, who looks charming and Tin who looks cute and bubbly blended really well with the onsite we made just for them. The result? watch the vid and decide for yourself. Enjoy!

For the past weeks, we’ve been receiving quite a number of emails from High School to College students asking questions and the like regarding multimedia and our line of work. Here’s something that might interest you guys… We will be accepting a limited number of young artists who wants to learn more on video editing, videography and photoshop this summer! You never know, maybe you guys are the ones who might teach us a trick or two. Hahaha! And yes, we believe that the YOUNGER, the WILDER… the imagination of course. ;)

Btw, we prefer peeps with Laptops since we only have a number of PCs at the office. :D

For those interested, do shoot us an email at inquire@mayadstudios.com

Summer is here to stay and everybody’s experiencing the heat. So what’s a better way to cool things off than spending your weekend at Tagaytay and promising an undying love with your loved one (like what our couple did). To Barri and Mc, there are no words that could best describe how grateful we are that you were our couple You gave us the opportunity to shoot your very intimate and heart warming wedding and of course experience Tagaytay the second time around. So much love was shared that day, and here’s the proof! Watch Mc and Barri’s wedding vid! Enjoy!

Watch it via youtube here.

This out-of-town trip has got to be (not exaggerating) the most unforgettable trip we ever had. In our 5 days stay in Metro Manila-Tagaytay, we realized that some things are just way beyond our control. And even though we experienced a series of unfortunate events during or even before our stay in Metro Manila and Tagaytay (stolen laptop, hds, wallet, ids ; almost did not make it to our flight; technical difficulties on our onsite vid, traffic issues, Alvin’s health) , it did not stop us from appreciating every little thing that came along the way. We would like to bring the love back to the following people who made our trip worth while:

- Barri and MC; Thank you so much for your understanding, trust and patience with us. We hope nothing but the best to you both on this new chapter of your life.

- To the Team Entourage, you guys were awesome! Thank you for your help and cooperation.

- Mangored pipz we worked with during the wedding (Ryan,Allan and Jaz) , always a pleasure working with you guyz! Thank you for everything especially for cheering us up, you know what we mean. You guys are the best! See you on our next wedding together. In Bora perhaps?

- Bong of Threelogy; thank you for helping us getting our way around Metro Manila, picking us up on the airport, making sure we were ok, treating us for dinner and spending time with us. Thank you thank you! did we mention THANK YOU!

- Jenn of Threelogy; for the cute gifts you gave us (Voodoo dolls), hope we were able to stay a little longer for more bonding time. Hope next time we could all go to Ocean Park!

- Myrha and Alec, our first Tagaytay wedding; for the sweet little thank you note and the box of Krispy Kreme, you definitely made our day. Big love to you guyz!

- Jesy of Make up Studio and Erron of Imagine Nation Beyond; thank you for sharing your busy time just to be with us. We had fun answering your cute pooh autograph. Although we had a hard time answering “slogan for friendship”. Next stop make over?

- Sir Jason Magbanua; We did not expect you would treat us in pier 1, but we were so giddy that you did! Thank you for the laughs and chit chats! Idol! Just pure love!

- Madge of make up Studio ; we know how busy you are yet you squeezed us in your sched. We had so much fun spending time with you. Hope we could work with you someday

- To the Mangored Pipz that came to that ala reunion of wedding suppliers’ night (Randall, Al and Rex); you just came from your Bora wedding yet you spared us your time. It was great having you around, as always. Hope we could get together again really really soon.

So even though there were lots of mishaps that happened, we still went home with smiles on our faces and a whole bunch of lessons learned.
