It’s been so long since we’ve had a fun shoot just for the love of it, and we got that chance when we met Eric and Fran, the funniest and most artistic couple we’ve had in a long time!
Fran’s an awesome Architect, and Eric’s a Visual Artist for Industrial Lights and Magic (ILM), if you don’t know what ILM is, well.. they’re the guys responsible for the visual effects you see in big movies like Star Wars and Avatar!
So what happens when we’re with a visual artist like Eric and an Architect like Fran? We got creative of course!
We had a smashing good time shooting their wedding and prenuptial video, and Eric’s Vows to Fran were the bomb!

Last October 18, 2009, the Mayad crew joined the annual Bacolod Masskara Festival through the wedding of Stephanie and Alejandro. Masskara is considered one of the country’s most colorful celebration that has always been a treat to Photographers and Videographers just like us. The main highlights of the festival is the street dance competition where people from all ages troop to the streets to see the artistically and colorfully-masked men and women dancing their hearts out to the rhythm of Latin musical beats.
During the wedding day, we knew the risks of getting caught up in the traffic, so we made sure that we were always ahead of schedule. Luckily, we were able to make it through the day. A lot of things happened before and during this wedding that were conquered gracefully by the couple themselves. And so, at the end of the day we treated ourselves by marching down the streets along with Ryan and Al of Mangored and the rest of the whole Bacolod Nation. Happy day!!!
